HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?

All products are made in small batches using premium, quality ingredients sourced from trusted manufacturers and suppliers.

IS NATIVE FRAGRANCE INDEPENDENT?

Absolutely! Native Fragrance is 100% owned and managed by myself(Cynthia). A vibrate young lady with a true love for transforming moods through fragrances. I test, test again and will continue to test loads of premium fragrances and different soy waxes to make sure I bring you the best products you will enjoy with every burn! I package and ship all orders myself making sure great care is taken in every step.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

Shipping is available to all UK mainland addresses(England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland) and to the Rest of the World except Europe. All orders are shipped with a trackable service via Royal Mail. Checkout the Shipping & Returns page for more information.

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER WAS RECEIVED?

Once you finish checkout, you will receive a confirmation email almost immediately. Do check your junk email just in case its hiding there. If you haven't received your confirmation email after 2 hours, please send an email to hello@nativefragrance.co.uk

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Most orders are ship out the next working day but please allow 1-3 working days to process all orders. Once dispatched, UK customers will receive their orders within 2-3 working days. Customers based in Europe can expect their orders with 5-7 working days and other countries can expect their orders within 7-10 working days. If there are any delays to processing your order, I will send you an email to keep you in the loop.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to cancel your order, please send an email within 2 hours as I aim to process all orders as soon as they come in. Unfortunately orders can not be cancelled or altered once processing has began.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?

Great care is taken to carefully package all orders. On the off chance your order arrives damaged, please do send an email within 7 days of receiving your order. Do include pictures of the damage to hello@nativefragrance.co.uk to request a return authorisation code. Returns are not available if you change your mind about an item, please read through the scent description on each item before buying.
